How we collect, use and protect the personal data of website visitors and business contacts, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

- Enquiry and distributor forms: name, company, country, email, and optionally phone, company website and the content of your message.
- Email and phone contacts: the data you provide when you write to us or call us.
- Browsing data: aggregated, cookieless statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, usage data collected by Microsoft Clarity. See the cookie policy.

4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. Data may be processed on our behalf by service providers bound by data processing agreements:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, security and cookieless statistics.
- Google (Google Workspace) — email.
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of the emails generated by the website forms.
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Enquiry data are kept for as long as necessary to answer your request and manage any resulting relationship, and afterwards for the periods required by law. Analytics data are kept according to the retention periods of each tool.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@pronuben.com or to our postal address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or unauthorised access. The website is served exclusively over HTTPS.
8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
