The process
Four stages, closely controlled.
Every stage is checked by the facility’s professional staff and by the automatic controls installed in the lines.
Raw material reception and control
The liquid milk is received and goes through a set of rigorous analyses to ensure it is valid for consumption. Pasteurisation, skimming and concentration also take place at this stage, together with the reception, control and storage of the rest of the ingredients: fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Industrial manufacturing process
Modern automatic machinery mixes, filters, heat-treats, homogenises and dries the product, while everything is closely checked by the facility’s professional staff and by the automatic controls installed in the lines.

Packing process
Right after manufacture, products are packed into big bags and stored for further analysis. Once everything has been checked, they go to the packing line where the final cans are filled, inside a protective atmosphere that ensures stability and shelf life. Before packing, every can is checked by:

Preparation and shipment
Once filled and checked, the cans are packed into high-resistance cartons, palletised if required, ready for the journey ahead. All necessary export documents are issued and shipping in containers begins, with highly experienced transport companies, for safe and timely delivery to the destination country.
